RESUMO

OBJECTIVES@#Cervical squamous cell carcinoma is the most common cancer in female reproductive system. This study aims to explore the effect of microRNA-9-5p (miR-9-5p) on the migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process of cervical squamous cells.@*METHODS@#Bioinformatics were used to predict the miRNAs that could bind to E-cadherin (E-cad). The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was used to analyze and extract significantly differentially expressed miRNAs from part of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and normal cervical tissues, and miR-9-5p was selected as the main research target. The translated regions (UTR) of wild-type E-cad (E-cad-WT 3'-UTR) or the 3'-UTR of mutant E-cad (E-Cad-MUT 3'-UTR) was transfected with miR-9-5p mimic normal control (NC), and miR-9-5p mimic was co-transfected human embryonic kidney cells (293T). The relationship between miR-9-5p and E-cad was detected by double luciferase assay. The expression of miR-9-5p in normal cervical epithelial cell lines (H8) and cervical squamous cell lines (C33A, siha, caski and Me180) were detected by quantitative real-time PCR. Then, the experiments were divided into groups as follows: a block control group, an overexpression control group (mimic-NC group), a miR-95p overexpression group (mimic group), an inhibitory expression control group (inhibitor-NC group), and a miR-9-5p inhibitory expression group (inhibitor group). The changes of migration ability were detected by scratch assay. Transwell invasion assay was used to analyze the changes of invasion ability, and the mRNA and protein changes of E-cad and vimentin were detected by quantitative real-time PCR and Western blotting.@*RESULTS@#MiR-9-5p had a targeting binding relationship with E-cad. Compared with the normal cervical tissue H8 cell line, the miR-9-5p was highly expressed in cervical cancer cell lines (C33A, siha, caski and Me180) (all P<0.05). The luciferase activity of E-cad-MUT was increased compared with that of E-cad-WT in miR-9-5p mimic cells (P<0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the protein and mRNA expressions of E-cad were decreased in the miR-9-5p mimic group (both P<0.05), which were increased in the miR-9-5p inhibitor group (both P<0.05). Compared with H8 cell line, the miR-9-5p was highly expressed in the cervical squamous cell lines (all P<0.05). Compared with the mimic-NC group, the distance of wound healing, the number of caski and Me180 cells invaded below the membrane, and the mRNA and protein expressions of vimentin were all increased in the miR-9-5p mimic group (all P<0.05), while the mRNA and protein of E-cad were decreased (both P<0.05). Compared with the inhibitor-NC group, the distance of wound healing, the number of caski and Me180 cells invading the membrane, and the mRNA and protein expressions of vimentin were decreased in the miR-9-5p inhibitor group (all P<0.05), but the mRNA and protein expressions of E-cad were increased (both P<0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#The miR-9-5p is highly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, which can increase the migration and invasion ability, and promote the EMT process of cancer cells.

RESUMO

Severe muscle injury is hard to heal and always results in a poor prognosis. Recent studies found that extracellular vesicle-based therapy has promising prospects for regeneration medicine, however, whether extracellular vesicles have therapeutic effects on severe muscle injury is still unknown. Herein, we extracted apoptotic extracellular vesicles derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs-ApoEVs) to treat cardiotoxin induced tibialis anterior (TA) injury and found that MSCs-ApoEVs promoted muscles regeneration and increased the proportion of multinucleated cells. Besides that, we also found that apoptosis was synchronized during myoblasts fusion and MSCs-ApoEVs promoted the apoptosis ratio as well as the fusion index of myoblasts. Furthermore, we revealed that MSCs-ApoEVs increased the relative level of creatine during myoblasts fusion, which was released via activated Pannexin 1 channel. Moreover, we also found that activated Pannexin 1 channel was highly expressed on the membrane of myoblasts-derived ApoEVs (Myo-ApoEVs) instead of apoptotic myoblasts, and creatine was the pivotal metabolite involved in myoblasts fusion. Collectively, our findings firstly revealed that MSCs-ApoEVs can promote muscle regeneration and elucidated that the new function of ApoEVs as passing inter-cell messages through releasing metabolites from activated Pannexin 1 channel, which will provide new evidence for extracellular vesicles-based therapy as well as improving the understanding of new functions of extracellular vesicles.

Based on the concept of empowerment theory and innovation behavior, this paper summarizes the status quo of the impact of empowerment theory on nurses′ innovative behavior, analyzes the essence and influencing factors of innovation behavior of nurses according to the elements of empowerment theory, analyze the empowerment theory and nurses′ individual innovation behavior scale, and puts forward the feedback mechanism of empowerment theory. In order to further improve the innovative behavior of nurses by applying the empowerment theory management mode, it is helpful for nursing managers to train nursing talents by using empowerment theory.

Objective:To investigate the predicting effect of the disrupted functional connectivity of the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) on the efficacy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in patients with migraineurs without aura (MwoA).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021, seventy patients with migraine and thirty-three healthy people in the same period were selected.The functional connectivity analysis based on the ACC was used in MwoA patients with NSAIDS-effective ( n=35), MwoA patients with NSAIDS-ineffective ( n=35), and healthy controls (HCs) ( n=33). The abnormal resting-state functional connectivity patterns among the three groups were analyzed to reveal potential correlations with clinical characteristics in migraine. Then the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the predictive ability of the abnormal ACC functional connectivity on the efficacy of NSAIDs in patients with MwoA. Results:(1)Compared with the MwoA patients with NSAIDs-ineffective, the MwoA patients with NSAIDs-effective showed higher functional connectivity between bilateral ACC and left middle cingulate cortex (MCC) (MNI: x, y, z=0, -24, 48, cluster=14, t=3.380) and postcentral gyrus (PoCG)( MNI: x, y, z=-21, -45, 69, cluster=12, t=3.016) (all P<0.005, Bonferroni correction). Compared with the HCs, patients with MwoA showed increased functional connectivity between left ACC and ipsilateral inferior parietal lobule, middle frontal gyrus (MFG) and angular gyrus (AG), and between right ACC and right precuneus, bilateral MFG and left AG (all P<0.005, Bonferroni correction). (2)There was a positive correlation between the functional connectivity of right ACC to right precuneus and MIDAS scores ( r=0.375, P=0.035) in MwoA patients with NSAIDs-effective. In MwoA patients with NSAIDs-ineffective, there were also significant correlations between the functional connectivity of left ACC to ipsilateral AG and MFG and headache onset duration ( r=0.357, P=0.045) and disease duration ( r=-0.367, P=0.039). (3)ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) for the functional connectivity between the right ACC and left MCC and between the left ACC and left PoCG to predict the efficacy of NSAIDs were 0.728 and 0.736, respectively. Conclusions:Resting-state functional connectivity of the ACC is involved in the evaluation and prediction for analgesic efficacy of NSAIDs in migraine patients, which provides neuroimaging evidence for further investigations on the neurophysiological mechanism of migraine and assistance in clinical individualized precise treatment.

Objective:To evaluate the changes in vitamins and trace elements in obese patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG).Methods:A systematic retrieval of the available literature was performed using Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane library, Web of Science, WanFang data and CNKI databases and studies were selected per predefined eligibility criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using Stata 13.0.Results:A total of 22 studies with 5320 individuals with obesity who underwent LSG were identified as eligible for inclusion. A significant increase was observed in serum 25(OH)D ( SMD = 0.59, 95% CI: 0.16 to 1.03, P = 0.007), phosphorus ( SMD = 0.28, 95% CI: 0.09 to 0.47, P = 0.004) and iron ( SMD = 0.46, 95% CI: 0.31 to 0.61, P < 0.01) after LSG. A significant decrease in serum zinc ( SMD = -0.41, 95% CI: -0.81 to -0.01, P = 0.044) was observed after LSG. But no significant changes in serum calcium ( SMD = 0.11, 95% CI: -0.14 to 0.36, P = 0.385), folate ( SMD = 0.27, 95% CI: -0.08 to 0.62, P = 0.133), vitamin B 12 ( SMD = 0.11, 95% CI: -0.25 to 0.47, P = 0.563) and magnesium ( SMD = 0.53, 95% CI: -0.08 to 1.14, P = 0.09) were observed. Conclusions:The changes of serum nutritional measurements in individuals with obesity who underwent LSG are uncertain. Therefore, it is recommended to monitor the nutritional laboratory values and add supplements when necessary to prevent postoperative malnutrition.

Statins, 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors, are established first line treatments for hypercholesterolemia because of their proved efficacy. However, the results of several studies have raised concerns that statin use increases the risk of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). At the same time, other researches make the adverse conclusion that statin use does not increase the risk of ICH, but improves clinical outcome and decreases the mortality after ICH. Additional randomized controlled trials are required to clarify the correlation between statin use and ICH, and whether to continue statin use after ICH. This paper reviews research advances of correlation between statin use and ICH.

Objective@#To establish a CT image radiomics-based prediction model for the differential diagnosis of silicosis and tuberculosis nodules.@*Methods@#A total of 53 patients with silicosis and 89 patients with tuberculosis who underwent routine CT scans in Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January to August, 2018 were enrolled in this study. AK/ITK software was used to segment the images to obtain 139 silicosis lesions and 119 tuberculosis lesions. For each lesion image, 396 features were extracted, and feature dimension reduction was applied to select the most characteristic feature subset. Support vector machine (SVM) , feedforward back propagation neural network (FNN-BP) , and random forest (RF) were implemented using R software (Rstudio V1.1.463) , and the algorithm that achieved the largest area under of the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) was selected as the final prediction model.@*Results@#RF was the best prediction model for the differential diagnosis of silicosis and tuberculosis nodules, with an accuracy of 83.1%, a sensitivity of 0.76, a specificity of 0.9, and an AUC of 0.917 (95% confidence interval: 0.8431-0.9758) . RF had a significantly larger AUC than SVM and FNN-BP (P<0.05) .@*Conclusion@#CT image-based RF prediction model can be used to differentially diagnose silicosis and tuberculosis nodules.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzyme and immune function in chil-dren with bronchial asthma,and to evaluate the clinical value of level detection.Methods 100 children with bronchial asthma were divided into acute attack group and remission group,50 cases in each group,50 healthy children were selected as control group;the level of serum myocardial enzyme(AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB)and Tlymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)were compared between the 3 groups,and to ana-lyze the correlation between levels and disease.Results The levels of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the children with asthma exacerbation and remission were significantly higher than those in the control group,and levels of acute attack group was significantly higher than the remission group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of CD8+in the acute attack group and remission group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of the acute attack group was signif-icantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Severity of bronchial asthma was significant positive correlation with AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05),the severity of bronchial asthma was negatively correlated with the level of CD 8+(P<0.05).Conclu-sion There were different degrees of myocardial damage and abnormal immune function in children with bronchial asthma.With the aggravation of the disease,the level of myocardial enzyme and immune function of children with asthma were more significantly abnormal.

Objective To explore the effects of the low pigmented anemia on glycated hemoglobin of pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism.Methods The study retrospectively selected the 10-28 weeks pregnant women of 647 cases(292 cases with Hb≥110 g/L and 355 cases with Hb<110 g/L)with normal fasting blood glucose at the Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, between January and June 2017.According to their MCH and MCV,patients were divided into two groups.There are observation group which including 89 cases with MCH<27 pg and MCV<82 fl and 196 cases with MCH<27 pg and MCV≥82 fl as(low pigment group)and 362 cases with MCH≥27 pg and MCV≥82 fl as control group which including 70 cases with Hb≥110 g/L and 292 cases with Hb <110 g/L.RBC parameters, fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of all cases were detected on the Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer and HLC-723G8 automatic glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer.The t test, chi-square test and Bonferroni test were used for statistical analysis.Results Statistical analysis showed the fasting blood glucose of the pregnant women without anemia(Hb≥110 g/L)and the pregnant women with anemia (Hb<110 g/L)were(4.68 ±0.36)mmol/L and(4.632 ±0.33)mmol/L respectively, and there is no statistical difference between them with t=-1.860,P=0.063.The and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the pregnant women with Hb≥110 g/L and the pregnant women with Hb <110 g/L were(4.851 ±0.32)%and(4.872 ±0.35)%respectively,and there is no statistical difference between them with t=0.780,P=0.436.The fasting blood glucose of the cases with MCH <27 pg and MCV<82 fl,the cases with MCH<27 pg and MCV≥82 fl and the cases with MCH≥27 pg and MCV≥82 fl were(4.609 ±0.319)mmol/L, (4.586 ±0.381)mmol/L,(4.661 ±0.344)mmol/L respectively, and there was no statistical difference among them with F=1.105,P=0.332;the glycated hemoglobin levels of the three groups were(5.097 ± 0.409)%,(5.084 ±0.375)% and(4.835 ±0.321)% respectively, the glycated hemoglobin of the cases with MCH<27 pg were statistically higher than that of the cases with MCH≥27 pg with F=18.479,P<0.000 1 and absolute difference was 0.26%.Conclusion Low pigment anemia with MCH <27 pg has a significant effect on glycated hemoglobin levels in pregnant women,which can cause the increase of glycated hemoglobin in pregnant women.

Objective@#To explore the relationship between the time of sedentary behaviors and the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) among rural adults in Henan Province.@*Methods@#A total of 1 227 adults from Houzhai village in Zhengzhou City and Qiaomiao village in Jiaozuo City in Henan Province were randomly selected to participate in the survey; each of them finished a questionnaire and accepted physical examination and test of biochemical indicators. The participants were divided into case and control groups according to whether suffering from T2DM. A Pearson linear correlation and linear regression model analysis were used to investigate the relevance between the time of sedentary behaviors and fasting plasma glucose (FPG); meanwhile, a multi factor logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the time of sedentary behaviors and T2DM.@*Results@#The average FPG level among the participants was (5.4±2.5) mmol/L, and the average time of sedentary behaviors was (234.5±156.5) min per day. The prevalence rate of T2DM in subgroups whose time of sedentary behaviors were separately 0-<2.5, 2.5-<4.5, 4.5-<6.5 and ≥6.5 h/day were 15.8% (72/457), 19.3% (73/379), 16.7% (35/210) and 20.4% (37/181), respectively. There was a linear regression relationship between the time of sedentary behaviors(x) and FPG(y), the regression equation was: y=5.081+0.001x (t=3.01, P=0.003). Logistic regression model analysis showed that participants whose time of sedentary behaviors ≥6.5 h/day had significantly higher risk of T2DM than those whose time of sedentary behaviors between 0-2.4 h/day (OR=1.77, 95%CI: 1.11-2.81) after age and gender adjusted. However, the associations only exist in males and adults ≥50 years old according to sex and age stratification. It showed that participants with sedentary time ≥6.5 h/day had significantly higher risk of T2DM than those with sedentary time between 0-<2.5 h/d, with the corresponding OR (95%CI) at 2.34 (1.21-4.52) and 2.22 (1.19-4.16), respectively.@*Conclusion@#The prolonged sedentary time is a risk factor of type 2 diabetes. After stratification by gender and age, the correlation only found in males and adults aged ≥50 years old.

Objective:To explore the humanistic care model and its effects in emergency nursing.Methods:Through literature research,analysis process and interviews,we constructed the humanistic care model,formulated corresponding humanistic care nursing measures,and implemented them in clinical practice.The humanistic care satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the effectiveness.Results:The satisfaction rate of humanistic care was improved,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001).Conclusion:The construction of humanistic care model can significantly improve the satisfaction of emergency patients,and the standardized process should be established in the implementation of humanistic care.

Objective It is a tough job to rescue batches of patients with severe blast injury .The article aimed to construct specific technique system management in the rescue of batches of patients with severe blast injury and evaluate its effects . Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 9 patients with severe blast injury who hospitalized simultaneously .According to the difficulties in the nursing process of treating severe blast injury such as management of respiratory tract , continuous renal replacement therapy , vascular access, nutritional supply, skin nursing, etc, specific technique system management was constructed to evaluate technical support key points at different phases , including personalized nursing scheme with disease progression , professional nursing instruction on key points of different phases from specialists as well as corresponding nursing decision and professional caring . Results Specific technique system management was applied in these 9 patients with severe blast injury .Only 1 patients developed ventilator related pneumonia when receiving mechanical ventilation and no procedure related complications occurred in the aspects of blood purification , skin management , vascular access and nutrition support .6 patients discharged from hospital after recovery . Conclusion Specific techniques and systemic management in batch treatment of severe bast injury patients could help collaborative nursing , improve the management of specific management and prevent complication .

Objective To realize the distribution and change in antimicrobial resistance of common pathogens causing acute lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI)in children,and provide evidence for rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods Data about pathogens from children with LRTI in a hospital between January 2011 and December 2013 were ana-lyzed statistically.Results Of 934 isoalted pathogenic strains,728 (77.94%)were gram-negative bacteria,the major were Klebsiella pneumoniae (n =278),Escherichia coli (n =216),Enterobacter cloacae (n =85 ),and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=63).The isolation rate of gram-positive bacteria was 20.87%(n=195),the major were Staphylococcus aureus (n=132)and Streptococcus pneumoniae (n=49).Antimicrobial susceptibility testing results revealed that sensitive rate of gram-negative bacteria to imipenem,meropenem,and amikacin were all 100.00%,to ceftazidime/clavulanic acid and piperacillin/tazobactam were relatively low,to cephalosporins increased year by year.Sensitive rates of the main gram-positive bacteria to vancomycin were both 100.00%, to erythromycin and clindamycin were relatively low. Conclusion The major pathogenic bacteria causing LRTI in pediatric department are gram-negative bacteria,antimicrobial resistance rates increased year by year,management of antimicrobial use in children should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of multidrug-resistant organism infection.

Objective:To study the effect of dipeptidyl peptidase I(DPPI)on the damage of alveolar bone and inflammatory re-sponse of periodontium in periodontitis mice.Methods:Periodontitis model of left first molars was established in 1 0 DPPI-/-mice and 1 0 wild type(WT)mice by E.coli LPS injection and the right ones were served as the control by PBS injection.Micro-CT scanning and HE staining were performed to compare the damage of alveolar bone and inflammatory response of periodontium between the 2 groups.Results:The decreace of alveolar bone height in DPPI-/-mice was less than that in WT mice〔(Maxillary:(0.001 7 ± 0.000 4)mm vs (0.202 0 ±0.008 6)mm;Mandibular:(0.034 2 ±0.002 9)mm vs (0.332 8 ±0.01 2 5)mm〕(P<0.05).HE staining showed that the inflammatory response of periodontium in DPPI-/-mice was less severe than that in WT mice.Conclusion:DPPI may promote the inflammatory response of periodontis in mice.

Objective To study the effect of toothbrushing for ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in mechanically ventilated patients.Methods We searched Cochrane library,Pubmed,Embase,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang data.All searches were updated on April 30,2013.We also performed a manual search of the RCTs of toothbrushing for VAP.At least two reviewers independently screened the studies for eligibility,evaluated the quality,and extracted the data from the eligible literatures,with a cross-check to confirm accuracy.Different views were settled by a third party.The data had Meta-analysis by software Revman 5.0,and to those data which could not be conversed or merged,they underwent descriptive analysis.Results We identified 8 randomized clinical trials that met the inclusion.In Meta-analysis,the overall risk ratio for ventilator-associated pneumonia was decreased significantly by toothbrushing.Toothbrushing also improved the condition of oral odor and oral ulcer.But no significant differences were observed between two groups in hospital ICU mortality.Conclusions Compared the common oral care,toothbrushing can significantly decrease the overall risk ratio for ventilator-associated pneumonia,and improve the condition of oral odor,plaque index score and oral ulcer.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version STRATIFY (St Thomas Risk Assessment Tool in Falling Elderly Inpatients) for geriatric inpatients.Methods The scale was translated and 404 geriatric inpatients were evaluated by the Chinese version STRATIFY and evaluate its reliability and validity.Results Chinese version STRATIFY was found with good feasibility.The Pearson correlation coefficient of reliability between testers was 0.951,the retest reliability was 0.885,internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's αt) was 0.523.The values of item-total correlation was over 0.3.The distinguish validity in difference of STRATIFY scores between groups with/without fall history was statistically significant.Predictive validity was moderate,the best cut-off point was determined at 2 points,and sensitivity and specificity were respectively 64.3% and 78.2%.Conclusions Chinese version STRATIFY applied in Chinese geriatric inpatients showed good reliability between testers,retest reliability,distinguish validity and predictive validity,and it could be used to assess the fall risk of Chinese geriatric inpatients.In addition,as the internal consistency was lower,we can revise the entry of STRATIFY to provide a more accurate predicting tool.

Objective To investigate the effect and the potential mechanism of splenic artery coarctation on the expression of iNOS and Th1/Th2 cytokines in spleen of cirrhotic rats with portal hypertension (PHT). Methods Cirrhotic rats were randomized into 3 groups (n= 10):sham operation group (SOG), splenic artery coarctation group (SAC) and splenic artery ligation group (SAL). Ten normal rats treated with sham operation were employed to serve as normal control group (NCG). Immunohistochemial staining was used to observe iNOS. RT-PCR was used to detect IFN-γ and IL-4mRNA. The Pearson's correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between iNOS and IFN-γ or IL-4. Results The expression of iNOS was increased significantly in spleen of cirrhotic rats as compared with NCG(P<0. 01). It was decreased after SAC and SAL compared with SOG (P<0. 01). The expression of IFN-γmRNA and IFN-γ/IL-4 of SOG were decreased but IL-4mRNA increased significantly than that of NCG(P<0.01). IFN-γmRNA was increased after SAC compared with SOG (P<0.05). IL-4mRNA was decreased and IFN-γ/IL-4 increased after SAC and SAL compared with SOG (P<0. 05). The expression of iNOS was negatively correlated with the expression of IFN-γmRNA(r=-0.672, P< 0.01 ) and positively correlated with the expression of IL-4 mRNA (r=0.634,P<0. 01). Conclusion The expression of iNOS is decreased and IFN-γ/IL-4 increased after SAC in spleen of cirrhotic rats with PHT and it may improve Th1/Th2 polarization by reducing the expression of iNOS.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>Factor VIII( FVIII) gene knockout mouse model was established for further study on the treatment of hemophilia A.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Exons 16-19 of the mouse FVIII gene were knocked out by ET clone, ES homologous recombination and tetraploid embryo compensation technology. PCR, reverse transcriptase-PCR(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the transcription and translation pattern of FVIII. The phenotype of the knockout mice was analyzed by examining the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and FVIII activity (FVIII:C).</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>PCR, RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry confirmed that FVIII was deficient in the FVIII gene knockout mouse. The APTT results showed that FVIII-deficient mouse plasma had a prolonged clotting time compared to normal mouse plasma. The FVIII:C in heterozygous, hemizygous and homozygous mice was 80%, 8% and 10% of that in normal mice, respectively.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The phenotype of the FVIII gene knockout mouse appears grossly similar to that of human with hemophilia A. Establishment of this model may promote the development of new technologies of treatment to hemophilia A.</p>
